1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the inbound digital marketing services provided by PreneurBase.Com ("The Studio," "we," "us"). By purchasing any marketing package, completing an onboarding form, or using our digital assets, you ("The Client," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Detailed Description of Services

PreneurBase.Com specializes in the rapid deployment of high-visibility digital marketing assets. Our core services include Inbound English Welcomes, automated Reputation Review Marketings, Global Reach Hubs (Hanare), and full brand transformations or modernizations.

3. Financial Terms & The CapEx Model

PreneurBase.Com operates on a Capital Expenditure (CapEx) model. Our goal is to provide lifetime brand assets with one-time marketing investments. Work will not commence until payment is verified via Stripe or PayPal. Because we allocate strategic production resources and secure delivery assets immediately upon order, all payments are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun.

4. Secure Asset Delivery & Strategic Security

Security is a core AutonomousShift Standard. We operate a "Zero-Access" strategic model. We will never ask for your login credentials for domain registrars, email accounts, or hosting environments. To launch your marketing hub, you are responsible for updating a specific website address record in your domain settings. PreneurBase.Com provides full strategic assistance for this process.

5. Delivery Guarantees & Client Assets

While we promise industry-leading speeds (24-72 hours), these timelines are contingent upon Client cooperation. The 1-business-day launch promise only applies if all requested text, photos, and brand assets are received by 12:00 PM JST. The Client is responsible for the legality of all provided media.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of your trademarks, logos, and original text content. PreneurBase.Com retains all rights to the underlying creative logic, delivery configurations, and proprietary marketing structures used to serve the digital assets. Upon final delivery, we grant you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the resulting brand asset.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, PreneurBase.Com shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party marketing platforms like Google, Instagram, or Stripe. Timelines may be suspended during events beyond our control (Force Majeure).

8. Warranty & Support

Every package includes 60 days of priority visibility support. Minor content updates are provided under our lifetime white-glove support policy. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or financial outcomes, as external market factors fluctuate.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where PreneurBase.Com maintains its primary operations.
